Nikola Šućur Joins Baby Food Factory

A strategic mind shaping tomorrow’s nutrition with two decades of brand-building expertise

Baby Food Factory has announced the appointment of Nikola Šućur as its new Director of Marketing, describing the move as part of a wider strategy to strengthen brand leadership and embrace marketing innovation.

With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, the company stated that Šućur consistently delivered outstanding results in brand development, product launches, and market activation.

His career, they noted, began at AB InBev in Montenegro, before he took on roles at The HEINEKEN Company in Serbia and Hungary, and later assumed senior leadership positions at Nectar Group and Molson Coors Beverage Company.

The company explained that in his new role, Šućur would be focused on refining brand strategy, exploring innovative marketing approaches, and improving internal processes.

He was said to be fully committed to team development, fostering collaboration, and nurturing talent within the organisation.

Speaking about his early days in the role, Šućur remarked that the transition had been highly efficient and productive, thanks to the team’s experience and cooperation.

He added that clear strategies and priority goals had already been established, and that key areas of focus were being identified through regular discussions and analysis.
