EBRD Acquires Stake in Podravka Agri for €50 Million

The EBRD has invested €50 million in Podravka Agri, supporting the Croatian company Podravka’s acquisition of Fortenova Group’s agricultural segment

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has acquired a minority stake in Podravka Agri following a €50 million equity investment. 

The transaction supports Podravka’s acquisition of the agricultural segment of the Fortenova Group, valued at €333 million.

Upon completion, Podravka will hold an 84.99% ownership stake in Podravka Agri, with the remaining shares owned by the EBRD.
