Serbia Strikes Gold in Shooting at Paris Olympics

Serbian sharpshooters Zorana Arunović and Damir Mikec have captured the gold medal in the 10-meter air pistol mixed team event at the Paris Olympic Games 

This achievement marks Serbia’s first medal at these Games.

In a nail-biting final, Arunović and Mikec edged out the Turkish team of Seval Ilayda Tarhan and Yusuf Dikec with a score of 16-14. Their stellar performance showcased their skill and composure under pressure.

The bronze medal went to India’s Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh, underscoring the high level of competition. The triumph of Arunović and Mikec not only celebrates their individual talents but also enhances Serbia’s reputation in the Olympic shooting events.
