Pošta Srbije Named Official Sponsor of EXPO 2027 Belgrade

Serbia’s national postal operator, Pošta Srbije, has been announced as an official sponsor of EXPO 2027 Belgrade, strengthening its role in one of the country’s largest international projects

The sponsorship agreement positions Pošta Srbije among the key domestic companies supporting the organisation of EXPO 2027, which will be the first Specialized Expo ever hosted in the Western Balkans.

According to the company, participation in the event reflects its long-term commitment to innovation, digital transformation and the promotion of Serbia on the international stage. As one of the country’s oldest and largest public enterprises, Pošta Srbije aims to contribute both operationally and through the development of new services tailored to visitors and participants.

EXPO 2027, which will be held in Belgrade under the theme “Play for Humanity: Sport and Music for All,” is expected to attract millions of visitors, as well as representatives from dozens of countries, international organisations and businesses.

The event is widely seen as one of Serbia’s most significant development projects in recent decades, with major investments planned in transport infrastructure, urban development, hospitality and digital services. Officials have repeatedly stated that the exhibition is intended not only to showcase Serbia internationally but also to leave a long-term economic and infrastructure legacy.

For Pošta Srbije, the partnership represents an opportunity to modernise its services further and increase its visibility during an event that is expected to place Belgrade and Serbia at the centre of international attention.

The company joins a growing list of institutions and businesses participating in preparations for EXPO 2027, underscoring the importance of cooperation between the public and private sectors in delivering an event of global scale.
