One Celebrates 30 Years With Employees and Partners at Lovćen

Montenegrin telecommunications operator One Crna Gora marked its 30th anniversary with a special event at the foot of Lovćen, bringing together employees from across the country to celebrate three decades of growth, innovation and shared achievements.

The evening featured a performance by the rock band Perper accompanied by a symphony orchestra, creating a unique atmosphere overlooking the Bay of Kotor. The celebration focused not only on the company’s business success and technological development, but also on the people who have helped shape its journey since the introduction of mobile telecommunications in Montenegro.

Particular recognition was given to employees who have been with the company since 1996, witnessing its transformation from the early days of mobile phones to the modern digital era. Company representatives emphasized that while technologies, systems and business models have evolved over the years, the commitment and dedication of employees have remained at the heart of the organization.

The event brought together colleagues from different departments and regions of Montenegro, highlighting a strong sense of unity and corporate culture built over three decades. Organizers described the gathering as more than a milestone celebration, portraying it as an opportunity to reflect on the company’s history and the people behind its success.

The anniversary concluded with a concert by Montenegrin singer Danijel Alibabić, as employees, management and partners celebrated what the company described as a shared story spanning 30 years of connecting people across Montenegro.
