Crnogorski Telekom Sees Record Investment and Growth in 2024

A surge in customer satisfaction and a series of strategic investments position the company as a telecommunications leader in Montenegro

Crnogorski Telekom has maintained its impressive growth streak in 2024, continuing a four-year upward trajectory in both revenue and operational profit.

The company reported a 7.5% increase in revenue, reaching €90.4 million, alongside a 6.5% rise in EBITDA, totalling €32.1 million.

These strong results reflect a solid business performance driven by the expansion of both retail and wholesale segments.

In a year of record investments, €20 million was dedicated to upgrading networks and enhancing user experiences.

This resulted in the company expanding its 5G coverage to 90% of the population, and its 4G network now covers 98% of the country.

Crnogorski Telekom’s commitment to customer satisfaction has yielded the best results to date, with the company topping customer satisfaction rankings, according to an independent global survey.

Notably, the company’s user base grew significantly in key areas, particularly in optical networks and mobile services, ensuring its leading position in Montenegro’s telecom market.
