BH Telecom Achieves Record-Breaking Revenues

Despite global economic pressures, BH Telecom's strategic investments and focus on digital transformation propel it to new heights, with a 36% increase in profit and a leap in subscribers

In an impressive demonstration of resilience and strategic vision, BH Telecom has reported record-breaking revenues and profits for 2024, reaffirming its dominant position in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s telecommunications sector.

The company’s revenue soared to 556 million KM, the highest in a decade, while its gross profit surged by 36%, reaching 72 million KM—its largest since 2016.

Subscriber numbers also hit 2.1 million, boosted by a 23,000 increase in new users.

CEO Amel Kovačević attributed the success to the company’s robust growth strategy, emphasizing its commitment to digital transformation, infrastructure investment, and customer-centric innovation.

Despite the economic challenges posed by inflation and global uncertainty, BH Telecom maintained efficient cost control and invested heavily in LTE networks, optical infrastructure, and digital services, totaling 76 million KM in investments.

The company has also proven itself a desirable employer, ranking among the top 10 in Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2024, highlighting its focus on talent development.
