Following the opening of its first outlet in the Sarajevo City Center, Burger King, one of the world's largest fast-food chains, is continuing its expansion in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

A new establishment was recently inaugurated in Mostar at the Mepas Mall. According to Indikator.ba, the next restaurant is set to open in Ilidža, at the Grand Center. The decision to establish a branch in Ilidža was made on 5th December.

Indikator.ba notes that American Foods d.o.o. Sarajevo, wholly owned by BUCAJ International based in Tirana, Albania, is behind Burger King’s operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

BUCAJ International has been spearheading Burger King’s expansion since 2018 in Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
