AIK Bank Acquires NDM Leasing in Serbian Market Expansion

AIK Bank has solidified its market presence through the strategic acquisition of NDM Leasing, positioning itself for broader service offerings in Serbia

In a strategic move aimed at broadening its service offerings, AIK Bank, a prominent player in Serbia’s banking sector, has announced the successful acquisition of NDM Leasing. The acquisition heralds a new chapter for both entities, with NDM Leasing set to undergo a rebranding to AIK Leasing LLC Belgrade in the forthcoming period.

AIK Bank, in a statement, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, highlighting the extended range of services now available to its clientele, encompassing small and medium enterprises (SMEs), corporations, entrepreneurs, and individual consumers. The bank aspires for AIK Leasing to epitomize efficiency, swift decision-making, automation, innovation, and flexibility in its operations.

Jozef Nađ, appointed as the Chairman of the Executive Board of AIK Leasing, brings to the table a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in leadership roles within the financial sector. His previous tenures include the presidency of the Executive Board at CA Leasing and a significant position within the Credit Agricole bank, focusing on retail banking and SMEs. His leadership is expected to steer AIK Leasing towards achieving its goals of becoming the premier choice for leasing services, building a reputation for reliability and fulfilling customer expectations.
