Top Business Leaders in Montenegro Honoured with 2025 Managers’ Association Awards

Nearly 200 nominations highlight the growing influence of Montenegro’s business leadership community

The Association of Managers of Montenegro (AMM) has announced the winners of its annual awards for 2025, recognising the country’s most successful managers, entrepreneurs and employers. The organisation describes the awards as the most prestigious business recognition in Montenegro, celebrating leadership, professional integrity and outstanding business performance.

According to AMM, almost 200 nominations were submitted this year, with 106 candidates entering the final evaluation process. The selection was based on a comprehensive assessment of business results, investment activities, leadership quality and broader contributions to society.

Among the main winners, Jovan Lekić, President of NALL Group, was named Entrepreneur of the Year, while Lesia Vykhodtseva, Chair of the Board at Zapad Banka in Podgorica, received the award for Manager of the Year in joint-stock companiesAngelo Zuccala, General Manager of Regent Porto Montenegro, was recognised for corporate governance, and Zoran Milovanović, CEO of Mtel Montenegro, was named Manager of the Year in large enterprises.

Other winners included Petar Veličković, founder and CEO of Sport Vision Podgorica, who received the award for Manager of the Year in medium-sized companies, while Nikola Ujkić (Goodfellas Co) and Saša Bogavac (Obuća Minja) were honoured among small business leadersMuamer Dedeić, founder of Jela-Komerc from Rožaje, was named Manager of the Year in micro enterprises, and Marco Cus, CEO of XEXPERIENCE Podgorica, received the Young Manager of the Year award.

In addition, Valentina Radulović, Director of the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro, and Marina Braletić from Five Group were named Project Managers of the Year, while Aleksandar Božović, CEO of Deponija Podgorica, was recognised as Manager of the Year in state-owned enterprisesJelena Šofranac, acting director of the Podgorica Elderly Care Home, received the award for Manager of the Year in public institutions, and One Crna Gora was named Employer of the Year – Best Employer for Families and Children.

The association also presented several special recognitions, including awards to Mladen Milutinović (Jumedia Mont) for his contribution to the media industry, Peter Nagy (Yes Event) for advancing event management in Montenegro, Zorica Mišković Pavićević for her humanitarian work through the International Humanitarian Diplomatic Bazaar, and Marijana Kadić Bojanić, President of the Association of Women Leaders of Montenegro, for promoting women’s leadership.
