In a move poised to reshape regional cooperation, a new platform for economic collaboration between Croatia and France is set to launch on 11 June in Zagreb.
Spearheaded by the Union Internationale des Alsaciens (UIA), an organisation with a global footprint of 20,000 members across 65 associations, the initiative promises to boost not only business ties but also cultural and academic exchange.
With a strong emphasis on tourism, gastronomy, and shared heritage, the platform underscores the growing strategic value of Croatia as a gateway to Southeast Europe.
At the heart of this effort is Slađana Novaković, whose tireless work in UIA Serbia has already positioned her as a key figure in fostering Franco-Balkan relations.
Her leadership laid the groundwork for this Croatian expansion, which aims to serve as a hub for deeper engagement across sectors.
This isn’t just diplomacy—it’s a celebration of common values, flavors, and future opportunities.
