Fero-Term, the family-owned Croatian company, is set to open a new logistics center this autumn in Šibenik’s Podi business zone.
Despite initial plans for completion by the end of last year, construction continues on the 20,000-square-meter hub, which is expected to generate 80 new jobs upon opening.
This strategic investment, valued at €30 million, marks another significant step in the company’s growth, complementing its expansion into retail spaces across the region.
Founded over three decades ago in Donji Stupnik near Zagreb, Fero-Term has steadily grown its footprint in bathroom and sanitary equipment, heating and cooling solutions, and related materials.
In addition to the Šibenik logistics facility, the company is constructing a new shopping center in Jankomir, Zagreb, and recently unveiled a 5,000-square-meter sales center in Kaštel Šućurac near Split.
With over 25 retail centers, including one in Ljubljana, Fero-Term is not just building infrastructure but positioning itself as a key player in the region’s retail and logistics sectors.
