Belgrade is preparing to shake, stir and impress. On 14–15 September, the Serbian capital will host Copy Taste, one of the region’s largest festivals dedicated to cocktail culture. After drawing more than 2,000 visitors and serving over 3,000 cocktails in Zagreb, the festival now sets its sights on Belgrade with even greater ambitions.
The two-day programme blends education, entertainment, and networking. From panels on global trends to masterclasses and open sessions with regional bars, visitors will meet leading names of the international scene — including Arina Nikolskaya from Moscow, Alia Akkam of Vogue and Condé Nast Traveler, and Pierre-Marie Bisson, ambassador of Compass Box whisky.
More than 17 bars and teams from New York, Paris, Rome, Budapest, Athens, Ljubljana and Skopje will join the local hosts.
Beyond the main showcase at Infinity Event Centar, Copy Taste will spill into the city — from DJ-driven cocktail stands to guest shifts across Belgrade bars and even a cruise on the Sava. For organisers, the goal is clear: put Belgrade on the global cocktail map. As Duško Kostadinoski, founder of Riddle Bar, notes: “What EXIT is for music, Copy Taste aims to be for bartenders and bars.”
