Siemens Serbia Appoints Goran Milisavljević as New General Manager

A leadership transition that signals continuity in strategy and a stronger push toward industrial digitalisation.

Goran Milisavljević has been appointed as the new General Manager of Serbia, succeeding Medeja Lončar, who led the company until 1 April 2026. In his new role, Milisavljević will take over full leadership responsibilities, with a focus on strengthening the company’s market position and advancing its technological leadership.

Milisavljević has built his entire professional career within Siemens. After completing his electrical engineering studies in Dresden, he began working in his field before joining Siemens in Belgrade, where he has spent nearly three decades in a range of managerial roles. He is recognised for his strategic decision-making, strong sales leadership, and ability to drive customer-focused growth.

Since 2019, he has served as Head of Digital Industries, playing a key role in supporting companies across Serbia in their transformation through automation, digitalisation, and advanced manufacturing technologies. His work has been closely tied to improving operational efficiency and guiding organisations through complex technological shifts.

Medeja Lončar will continue within Siemens as General Manager for Slovenia and Croatia, remaining an important part of the company’s regional leadership structure.
