Certified Sustainable Office Building Opens in Ljubljana

A new €30 million office building, designed by Barcelona-based architectural firm BAX, has officially opened in northeastern Ljubljana, near the city's ring road and the BTC commercial district

The ten-storey DCB Montana tower, with three underground levels, offers rental office space centered around an internal atrium.

The tower has been awarded the prestigious DGNB gold pre-certification by the German Sustainable Building Association, recognising its environmentally friendly and energy-efficient design.

Located at the junction of Letališka and Leskoškova roads, the project was selected through a design competition in 2019, with construction starting in July 2022 and finishing two years later. BAX, the firm behind the project, also designed the Ljubljana Rog Centre.
