Bosnian Cable Giant’s Global Expansion

A pioneering Bosnian cable manufacturer is reshaping the global market with a bold expansion into Croatia, the US, and beyond, as the country seeks to make its mark in the global economy

In a significant move, TT Kabeli, a leading Bosnian cable manufacturer, has announced a €100 million investment in a new plant in Croatia.

The expansion, part of a broader strategy to establish a foothold in the US, Turkey, Germany, and the UK, marks the company’s impressive rise within the region’s industrial landscape.

Founded in 2007, TT Kabeli quickly transformed from a small operation to one of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s top exporters, with revenue reaching 370 million KM in 2023.

With 95% of its products exported to over 40 markets, the company is now a formidable player in the cable sector, employing a diverse team from 12 countries.

The new Croatian facility, which will initially produce medium and high-voltage cables, is set to boost production capabilities and strengthen Bosnia’s global standing.

As TT Kabeli continues to thrive, it embodies the resilience and ambition driving Bosnia’s economic growth despite ongoing political and logistical challenges.
