Adriatic Bank Brings Apple Pay to Montenegro

Apple Pay's arrival in Montenegro transforms everyday transactions, offering customers a faster, safer, and more private way to pay with their Apple devices

In a significant leap towards modernising payments, Adriatic Bank has introduced Apple Pay, giving customers in Montenegro access to a sleek, secure, and contactless payment system.

With Apple Pay, users can now pay effortlessly via iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, or Mac, bypassing the need for physical cards or cash.

The service, which can be used in stores, restaurants, pharmacies, taxis, and even for online shopping, ensures the highest level of security.

Each transaction is safeguarded by Face ID, Touch ID, or a device password, alongside a unique one-time security code.

Apple Pay also prioritises privacy, as actual card numbers are never stored on Apple’s servers or devices, using instead a secure device account number.

Setting up Apple Pay is straightforward, requiring just a few taps to link a Mastercard debit or credit card from Adriatic Bank to an Apple device.

Once activated, users can start making secure, fast, and rewarding payments immediately, while still enjoying all the benefits that come with their bank card.
