Timo Pleyer Takes the Helm as Director of the German-Croatian Chamber of Industry and Commerce

Timo Pleyer officially assumed his position as the new director of the German-Croatian Chamber of Industry and Commerce on 15 October 2024

Timo Pleyer, who joined the German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHK) in 2020, has taken on various leadership roles within the organization. 

He previously headed the Procurement Competence Centre at the Southern African-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry and, in 2023, served as the delegate for German Industry and Commerce in Nigeria.

Pleyer’s appointment brings significant international expertise to his new role, marking a new phase of collaboration and growth in German-Croatian business relations. 

His experience in diverse markets, from South Africa to Nigeria, positions him well to strengthen the economic ties between Germany and Croatia.
