Radisson Sets Sail for Montenegro’s Coast with Landmark Tivat Project

Global hotel group deepens Adriatic footprint with first luxury property on Montenegro’s booming shoreline

Radisson Hotel Group is making a bold move on the Adriatic, unveiling plans for its first property on Montenegro’s coast.

Rising in Seljanovo, Tivat—just minutes from Porto Montenegro—the Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences will anchor one of the country’s most dynamic new urban quarters.

Developed in partnership with ALK Group and slated to open in summer 2027, the project reflects Radisson’s strategy to grow in high-demand destinations still underserved by international brands.

The mixed-use property will feature 61 hotel rooms, 44 serviced apartments and a wide range of amenities—from rooftop bars and all-day dining to a spa, pools and wellness facilities.

“This project mirrors our ambition to expand across the Balkans with trusted partners,” said David Jenkins, VP of Business Development, Radisson Hotel Group.

For ALK Group, it marks a milestone in shaping Montenegro’s luxury coastal real estate.

Together, the partners aim to set new standards, combining global hospitality expertise with a deep understanding of local potential.
