Luka Dončić has been named a starter for the 2026 NBA All-Star Game after receiving the most fan votes in the league. The 26-year-old Los Angeles Lakers superstar earns his sixth career All-Star selection and fifth as a starter, cementing his place among the NBA’s elite.
With over 3.4 million votes, Dončić finished ahead of Greek-Nigerian star Giannis Antetokounmpo. Fans accounted for 50% of the voting, while NBA players and a media panel made up 25% each.
Currently the league’s leading scorer, he has become the 15th player in NBA history to earn six All-Star selections before turning 27.
This season, Dončić is averaging 33.3 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 8.6 assists per game. He is one of only three players scoring 30+ points per game and the only one averaging at least 30 points, seven rebounds, and eight assists. Off the court, Dončić continues to make a global impact, topping jersey sales and social media engagement.
