Infobip Enters Japan’s Competitive Telecom Market

Infobip’s strategic partnership with NTT marks a defining moment as the Croatian firm enters one of the world’s most demanding telecom markets

In a landmark move that signals its global ambitions, Croatian tech giant Infobip has secured a strategic partnership with NTT Com Online Marketing Solutions Corporation, a subsidiary of Japan’s largest telecommunications group, NTT.

This collaboration will see Infobip’s cutting-edge cloud communication services tailored to the Japanese market, offering multi-channel communication tools powered by artificial intelligence (AI).

The new platform, NTT CPaaS, integrates NTT’s trusted messaging and voice services with Infobip’s advanced communication technology, enabling Japanese businesses to enhance customer experiences without the need for coding.

Infobip’s global reach, with clients including Microsoft, Apple, and Meta, now extends to Japan—a move poised to shake up the local telecom landscape.

Infobip’s CEO, Silvio Kutić, hailed the partnership as a key step in revolutionising customer communication across Japan.

The platform will be fully localised, including language and payment systems, ensuring a seamless integration into the Japanese market.
