Croatia’s Dalmatia Tower Named Europe’s Best Green Building Project

Dalmatia Tower, the tallest building in Croatia, has secured a prestigious CRE (Commercial Real Estate) Award, distinguishing itself as Europe’s top mixed-use green construction project

Recognised by the Europa Property organisation, headquartered in Budapest, the award celebrates excellence in sustainable architecture and honours Dalmatia Tower’s achievement among notable competition, including Hungary’s Liberty, the Czech Republic’s Hagibor, and Turkey’s Time Alacati.

The award, chosen by a 40-member jury, reflects a remarkable feat for Dalmatia Tower, which surpassed nearly a hundred nominations across 15 categories.

Josip Komar, owner of the Westgate Group behind the project, noted that this recognition marks the third significant international accolade for the tower, underscoring its impact on sustainable building practices well beyond Croatia’s borders.
