AikGroup, in the ownership of Aleksandar Kostić, has signed share purchase agreements to acquire 613,567 shares of Podravska banka, representing approximately 91.75% of the bank’s total share capital.
The move marks a significant step in the group’s ongoing regional expansion and its second consecutive year of geographic growth.
