One Montenegro Wins Gold and Silver at KOMference 2025

Awards Recognise the Company’s Social Impact and Regional Leadership in Communications

One Montenegro has won two prestigious awards at KOMference 2025 in Split, gold for its CSR campaign “Girls in ICT” and silver for the PR campaign “One Changes the World.” Organised by the Croatian Public Relations Association (HUOJ), KOMference is one of the most important regional events for communication professionals. The recognitions affirm that Montenegrin teams can create impactful, competitive projects without external agency support, while achieving both social and educational influence.

“These awards confirm that a clear vision, strategic focus, and a dedicated team can achieve results that transcend national boundaries,” said Branko Mitrović, CEO of One Montenegro. “Our campaigns show that communication can be a driver of real change — in communities, among young people, and within the industry.”

The success, he added, was the result of teamwork from concept to execution, with special credit to Željko Bracanović Kokos for elevating the campaigns’ visual and creative identity.

“Girls in ICT” empowers girls and young women to pursue careers in the ICT sector, promoting gender equality and inclusion. The project previously won the first-ever Neuro Award in the region at CIM Forum 2025 for its proven emotional and subconscious impact on audiences. Meanwhile, “One Changes the World” highlights the power of individual action through community initiatives, school programs, and sports donations, inspiring cooperation and social responsibility. These achievements not only showcase the quality of One’s campaigns but also position Montenegro’s PR industry as a competitive and creative force in the regional communications landscape.
