Strategic Partnership Aims to Boost Women’s Presence on Company Boards Across the Region

Addiko Bank has joined forces with Women on Boards Adria (WOBA) in a strategic partnership to promote gender equality and increase the representation of women in company boards and leadership roles across the region.

Through this partnership, Addiko Bank and WOBA are committed to raising awareness about the benefits of gender diversity at all organisational levels. Together, they will encourage both women and men within Addiko to become WOBA ambassadors, empowering others to progress in their careers through targeted training and mentorship programs.
