In a significant move for the Croatian hospitality scene, Novotel is set to unveil its first hotel in Croatia this May.
The new establishment, Novotel Zagreb, offers 170 contemporary rooms designed to cater to both business travellers and tourists alike.
Strategically located on Slavonska Avenue, just 20 minutes from the airport, the hotel promises to be an ideal base for exploring the vibrant capital.
The property boasts a state-of-the-art wellness centre, complete with a fitness area, hammam, sauna, and serene gardens with panoramic views of the city.
For business guests, the hotel features 700 square metres of versatile conference space, perfect for everything from large seminars to intimate meetings.
Novotel’s expansion into Croatia forms part of a broader European strategy, with recent openings across Spain, France, and Germany, and more planned, including in Malta.
Since its inception in 1967, Novotel has grown into a global leader in affordable comfort, with nearly 600 hotels across 60 countries.
As Philippe Bijaoui, Novotel’s European and North African development director, notes, this growth underscores their commitment to creating spaces that seamlessly unite the worlds of business and leisure.
