Plans have been unveiled for an 8,595 m² residential development in Belgrade’s Zvezdarska Šuma. The complex will feature buildings with a ground floor, first floor, and a recessed top floor. The investor, HTL Support Plus, owned by Slovenian businessman Marko Krajnčić, is known for multiple construction projects across Serbia.
The plan emphasizes environmental preservation, requiring the protection of valuable existing trees and maintaining at least 60% of the site as green areas. Residents will rely on nearby schools, kindergartens, and health centers, as none are included within the new complex. Public consultation on the plan is open until 24 March 2026, allowing citizens to submit comments to the city’s urban planning office.
