Electroprivreda Crne Gore (EPCG) has announced a net profit of €52.4 million for the year 2023, marking a significant financial achievement for the Montenegrin power company. Before taxes, the firm’s profit stood at approximately €65.9 million, with €13.4 million subsequently paid out in corporate income tax.

The state-owned enterprise, pivotal in Montenegro’s energy sector, is currently undergoing a financial audit. EPCG has indicated that a draft opinion on its financial statements is expected in the coming weeks, with a commitment to keeping the public informed.
