Croatia’s Top 10 Most Powerful Women in Business 2024

At the 14th annual "Women in Business" conference in Zagreb, Lider business magazine unveiled the top ten most influential women in Croatian business for 2024. This year’s list celebrates both seasoned leaders and rising stars.

Leading the charge is Zsuzsanna Ortutay, CEO of INA, who has driven stability and growth at Croatia’s largest company. Nataša Rapaić, CEO of Hrvatski Telekom, is recognised for introducing the “T” brand to Croatia.

Martina Dalić, CEO of Podravka, oversaw a €48 million logistics investment, while Lada Tedeschi Fiorio, Vice President of Atlantic Grupa, is praised for her corporate strategy.

Other notable names include Anita Letica of Philip Morris, Tatjana Antolić Jasnić from Zagrebačka banka, and Andrea Pavlović, the first woman on Privredna banka Zagreb’s board.

Ivana Pek Lučić, Gordana Kovačević, and the Drk sisters of Vindija also make the list, reshaping Croatia’s business landscape with their leadership.
