Croatia’s Friendly Fire Ignites Global Expansion

From Zagreb to the world: A homegrown gaming café revolution sets its sights on global domination

In a bold move reshaping Europe’s entertainment landscape, Croatian gaming café brand Friendly Fire has signed a landmark franchise deal to open 100 new venues across the UK, Spain, Poland, and Ukraine.

This historic agreement, valued between €10 and €15 million, makes Friendly Fire the largest franchise born in Croatia to date.

Partnering with a seasoned franchise operator—best known for managing global names like Domino’s Pizza—Friendly Fire aims to lead a social gaming renaissance, starting with its first new site in Warsaw.

Already thriving in the Balkans, Austria, and Mexico, the brand has captured over 150,000 members by transforming gaming from a solitary pastime into a vibrant community experience.

By redefining what it means to game together, Friendly Fire is proving that digital culture can build real-world connection—on a global scale.
