Viber Introduces Premium Service for Users in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina

Rakuten Viber has rolled out the Viber Plus premium service for its users in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as announced by Viber

The company emphasized in their statement that all other standard features and functionalities of the Viber app, which users have been enjoying daily, will continue to remain free for users globally.

For a monthly fee of just $1.99, Viber Plus subscribers will no longer see advertisements within their conversations. Additionally, they will get to experience exclusive services. These include features such as voice message reading, an “invisible mode”, a wide selection of display icons, one-on-one personalized technical support, unlimited sticker downloads, and various other additional functionalities that will be made available in the future.

Viber further clarified that the “invisible mode” will offer an enhanced level of discretion, allowing users to read messages without the sender knowing that it has been read or even if the recipient is currently online. However, the online status of other contacts would still be visible to the user.
