Molins and TITAN Cement a Strategic Alliance to Reshape Construction in Southeast Europe

A bold move into prefab signals a new era for Balkan building innovation

In a landmark deal set to accelerate industrialised construction across Southeast Europe, Molins and TITAN have joined forces to acquire an 80% stake in Baupartner, a Bosnian specialist in precast concrete and steel structures.

The remaining 20% stays with founder Eldin Hadžibegović and his team, who will continue to steer the company.

Operating across Bosnia, Croatia, and Serbia, Baupartner brings over a decade of regional expertise and a portfolio of more than 110 custom-engineered projects.

With over 280 employees, the company will now become a springboard for expanding sustainable, prefab building solutions.

For Molins, the move marks a strategic entry into the region, while TITAN deepens its innovation-led footprint.

The new joint venture aims to harness Molins’ technical leadership, TITAN’s regional strength, and Baupartner’s on-the-ground know-how to spark a new wave of construction growth in one of Europe’s most dynamic markets.
