Mihaela Trbojević Appointed to Span’s Executive Board

With a track record of transformative success, Mihaela Trbojević takes the helm at Span to drive product and service portfolio growth

Mihaela Trbojević has been appointed to Span’s Executive Board, marking a pivotal moment in the company’s leadership trajectory.

From April 1, 2025, she will oversee the management of Span’s product and service portfolio, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and market demands.

Her deep expertise, honed over 17 years at Span, coupled with a background in telecommunications, positions her perfectly to lead this vital strategic area.

Despite lacking a formal IT background, Trbojević has proven herself a force within the sector, initially joining Span as a sales program manager.

Her appointment comes as Span continues its impressive growth, posting a 26% increase in revenue last year, largely driven by international markets in Ukraine and Slovenia.

As one of Croatia’s leading IT companies, Span’s success story is bolstered by visionary leaders like Trbojević, who is set to further strengthen the company’s market position.
