Mercator’s Emba Joins Austria’s Agrana Group

Slovenian food producer Mercator Emba will now operate under the umbrella of Austria’s Agrana Group, one of Europe’s largest agribusiness companies. The deal extends Agrana’s reach in Southeastern Europe while giving Emba access to new research, technology, and distribution muscle.
