Investments Forum 2025

From green growth and tech-driven transformation to inclusive leadership and investment resilience, Investments Forum 2025 brought together over 300 key players to shape the future of Croatian busines

Zagreb’s iconic Hotel Esplanade played host to a charged gathering of minds on 28 May, as Investments Forum 2025 assembled over 300 participants and 30 influential speakers under the fitting motto: “Where are we today and where are we going?”

From fintech frontiers to climate-conscious building, the forum laid bare the defining tensions of Croatia’s economic evolution.

Justice and Digital Transformation Minister Damir Habijan set the tone, declaring that digitisation is no mere upgrade—it’s a backbone of resilience.

Panels ranged from ECB’s monetary policy effects, green investment trajectories, and agile corporate strategies in turbulent times. CEO giants from Franck, Orbico and Triglav unpacked the imperatives of adaptive leadership, while women leaders delivered a powerful call for inclusive transformation.

The day closed on a future-facing note: AI, IT and smart capital are not just shaping industries—they’re rewriting the rules.
