IKEA Croatia awards exceptional bonuses and additional festive perks, reinforcing its commitment to employee well-being and corporate responsibility this Christmas

IKEA Croatia is spreading festive cheer this Christmas by awarding exceptional bonuses to its employees, ranging from €2,000 to €2,300. In addition to a €300 Christmas bonus, staff will receive a gift for St. Nicholas Day and child vouchers worth €50 each.

A 13th salary will also be paid, increased by 27% in line with the company’s performance targets. With an average net salary of €1,600, the total payout for employees will reach approximately €2,000.

This gesture is being hailed as a sign of solidarity, with workers acknowledging IKEA’s commitment not just to financial support, but to their well-being during the festive season.

Such actions highlight the company’s dedication to corporate responsibility and fostering a supportive work environment, further motivating staff and reinforcing the value of mutual care and responsibility in today’s challenging times.
