Croatian Firm Meritus Ulaganja Rebrands as BOSQAR d.d. and Unveils New Identity

Meritus ulaganja d.d., known on the Croatian market as Mplus Group, has rebranded to BOSQAR d.d. and unveiled its new identity, BOSQAR INVEST

Meritus ulaganja d.d., known on the Croatian market as Mplus Group, has officially changed its name to BOSQAR d.d. and launched a new visual identity and brand, BOSQAR INVEST, under which it will continue its operations. The rebranding was announced during a recent event at Klovićevi dvori in Zagreb, Croatia.

With the introduction of the new name and brand, BOSQAR d.d. also revealed ambitious plans for growth and expansion. The Mplus brand will now be dedicated solely to the group’s BPTO vertical

“Market circumstances have changed significantly since the company, founded under the name Meritus ulaganja and positioned through the Mplus Group brand, successfully set out to conquer world markets,” said Darko Horvat, President of the Management Board of BOSQAR INVEST.

“With the new name and brand, BOSQAR INVEST, we encompass all the diversity of our business verticals, describe our new strength, and emphasize our constant pursuit of excellence. We are showcasing new strength, as well as even higher and more ambitious goals in our business strategy and vision.”

This rebranding marks a significant step for the company as it continues to evolve and adapt to the changing market dynamics, aiming to further solidify its position on the global stage.
