Croatia to Open Final Highway Link to Hungary

Croatia is preparing to inaugurate the last stretch of the highway linking Bosnia and Herzegovina with Hungary, completing an important regional transport corridor.

The new section will further integrate Central and Southeastern Europe, easing passenger and freight movement across borders.

Officials emphasize that the project will boost trade, tourism, and connectivity, positioning Croatia as a vital transit hub.

The completion of the route also marks a significant step toward improving regional infrastructure and strengthening ties within the European Union transport network.
