Jernej Tovšak Takes Over as CEO of Paloma

Jernej Tovšak has been appointed as the new CEO of Paloma, replacing Stevan Lomić, who remains on the board alongside Marcus Schwier

Tovšak, previously a board member, takes over as the company continues under the ownership of the Slovak paper group SHP, part of the Czech-Slovak financial fund Eco Investment.

Paloma has seen frequent leadership changes in recent years. Lomić led the company from March 2022 after replacing Richard Žigmund, who had a brief tenure following the departure of Lukaš Keyzlar earlier that year.

The latest change marks another shift in the management of the company, which remains a key player in the paper industry under SHP’s ownership.
