Balkans’ First Indoor Ski Hall to Be Constructed at Ravna Planina Ski Center

The Ravna Planina Ski Center has unveiled ambitious plans to construct the Balkans' first indoor ski hall

This state-of-the-art facility will feature a 350-meter-long ski slope with a 100-meter vertical drop and a width of 45 meters, all powered by renewable energy sources.

In response to the growing impact of climate change on winter tourism, the project aims to provide year-round skiing opportunities, regardless of season or weather conditions. 

The expansive indoor facility will encompass 16,000 square meters and include a ski slope, snow park, cross-country skiing track, sledding area, and baby park. The entire project is set for completion within five years

Ravna Planina Ski Center, already renowned for its 12 kilometers of groomed ski trails, snowmaking facilities, night skiing, and international FIS competition infrastructure, continues to enhance its offerings. 

The ski center recently installed the most modern gondola lift in Bosnia and Herzegovina and is currently constructing a new hotel with spa facilities and a conference room.
