Delta Launches €85M Green Office Hub in Novi Sad

Delta Real Estate has announced its latest project, Delta Iron, a €85 million business complex set to redefine office space in Novi Sad. Strategically located near the city centre and major transport links, Delta Iron is designed to meet the growing demand for modern, energy-efficient, and flexible workspaces.

Built to the highest international standards, Delta Iron aims to be the first business complex of its size in Serbia with LEED Platinum certification, with 60% of its energy sourced from renewables. Smart energy systems, triple-glazed windows, rainwater recycling, and green landscaping will contribute to a 54% boost in energy efficiency compared to average buildings.

Featuring 40,000 m² across four connected buildings, the complex centres around an atrium with EDU, HUB, and ZEN zones. Amenities include restaurants, a gym, pharmacy, retail, and gallery space. Tenants are already signing on, with the first phase set for completion by mid-2026.

“Delta Iron is not just a building — it’s a strategic response to the future of business,” said Angelina Nekić, CEO of Delta Real Estate.
