Split Unveils Croatia’s Largest Tech Park

Split has unveiled the largest tech park in Croatia, Technological Park Dračevac, heralding a new era of innovation and entrepreneurship

In a landmark moment for Croatia’s technological landscape, the Technological Park Dračevac, the largest tech park in the country, has officially opened in Split this week. Spanning an impressive 17,500 square metres, the park is set to become a hub for innovation, featuring office spaces, a conference centre with four halls, meeting rooms, a Smart City and 3D laboratory, and a range of amenities including cafes, restaurants, a fitness centre, a shop, and a daycare centre.

The facility is poised to host hundreds of new entrepreneurs, marking a significant step forward in technological advancement for the region. Small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as start-ups, will be able to move in starting October, following a public call for applications.

Entrepreneurs in the park will benefit from comprehensive business logistics and social infrastructure, ensuring a conducive environment for growth and collaboration. The park is currently holding Open Days from 24th July to 23rd August, inviting prospective users to explore its offerings and register their interest.

Future users will have access to a coworking zone with 52 workstations, 14 equipped incubation offices for start-ups up to five years old, and 51 office units for micro, small, and medium-sized businesses. This strategic initiative not only fosters a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem but also promises to place Split at the forefront of Croatia’s technological innovation.
