Montenegro Hotels See Record New Year Bookings

Montenegrin hotels are experiencing record occupancy for the New Year holidays, attracting both local and international tourists

Montenegro’s hotels are gearing up for a bustling holiday season, with New Year’s bookings reaching record levels.

From the luxurious Splendid in Bečići to the charming Bjanka in Kolašin, nearly all rooms are booked. Hotel Palas in Petrovac also reports full capacity for the holidays, while its post-New Year’s offerings remain reliant on snow conditions.

The festive demand is driven by a blend of local and international guests, with many coming from the diaspora and neighbouring regions.

These hotels are offering a rich array of attractions, including live music performances, gourmet dining, and spectacular gala events, ensuring guests have a memorable experience until early January.

Crucially, direct sales channels have proven pivotal in securing such high occupancy, reinforcing the country’s reputation as a year-round tourist destination.

As the season continues, Montenegro’s hotels remain focused on enhancing their offerings and attracting new visitors, solidifying their status on the global tourism map.
