Beiersdorf Appoints New Country Manager for Adriatic Region

The appointment of Benedikt Laufenberg signals Beiersdorf's continued commitment to growth and innovation in the Adriatic region, with a focus on diversifying market strategies and strengthening digital capabilities

In a significant shift in leadership, Beiersdorf Serbia has announced the appointment of Benedikt Laufenberg as the new Country Manager for the Adriatic region.

Having joined the company in 2011, Laufenberg brings with him a wealth of experience across multiple roles, including international and German finance, key account management, and most recently, as the Sales Leader for Austria.

His new role will see him spearheading operations in a region known for its market diversity and varying consumer behaviors.

Laufenberg aims to leverage these differences to further enhance Beiersdorf’s market position, focusing on sustainable growth and the digital transformation of business processes.

Alvaro Alonso, Beiersdorf’s General Director for Austria and Eastern Europe, praised Laufenberg’s previous contributions, underscoring the company’s commitment to nurturing internal talent.

The appointment marks another step in Beiersdorf’s regional expansion and long-term strategic development.
