Helena Vlahinja Klauznicer po\u010dinje u HR-u, a zatim kroz Nudge i rad sa WHO-om, FIFA-om i UN-om ulazi u primenjenu bihejvioralnu nauku. Obe dolaze do istog zaklju\u010dka: <strong>pona\u0161anje odre\u0111uje kontekst, ne samo znanje ili motivacija<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"biggerP\"><strong>Za\u0161to dobra volja nije dovoljna i \u0161ta zapravo pokre\u0107e ljude<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u0107ina odluka donosi se automatski, a ne promi\u0161ljeno. Zato se ljudi \u010desto pona\u0161aju suprotno onome \u0161to znaju da bi trebalo. Preostalih 80% odre\u0111uje niz faktora me\u0111u kojima su kontekst, navike i okru\u017eenje u kojem ljudi svakodnevno donose odluke. \u201eTo je kao da 80% bud\u017eeta ula\u017eete u ne\u0161to \u0161to pokriva 20% problema. Organizacija zatra\u017ei od zaposlenih da koriste novi sistem, ali povratna informacija o korisnosti dolazi tek kasnije, dok je frustracija tu odmah\u201c, obja\u0161njavaju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"biggerP\"><strong>Gde organizacije naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e gre\u0161e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najve\u0107a gre\u0161ka je preskakanje dijagnoze i skok direktno na re\u0161enje. Problem \u010desto nije nedostatak znanja, ve\u0107 strah od gubitka statusa, nejasna korist ili lo\u0161e dizajniran proces. To mo\u017ee biti jednostavna promena vidljivosti informacija, smanjenje frikcije ili redizajn procesa i komunikacije.
