Andrijana Mu\u0161ura Gabor i Helena Vlahinja Klauznicer<\/strong>, koje s velikim organizacijama rade na tome da promjene postanu mjerljive i dugoro\u010dno odr\u017eive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"biggerP\"><strong>Dvije znanstvenice, dva puta do istog uvida<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andrijana Mu\u0161ura Gabor u bihevioralne znanosti ulazi kroz psihologiju i poslovno obrazovanje, gdje otkriva da ljudi odluke ne donose racionalno, ve\u0107 putem mentalnih pre\u010daca i pristranosti. Helena Vlahinja Klauznicer karijeru zapo\u010dinje u HR-u, a potom kroz Nudge pristup i rad s WHO-om, FIFA-om i UN-om ulazi u podru\u010dje primijenjene bihevioralne znanosti. Obje dolaze do istog zaklju\u010dka: <strong>pona\u0161anje odre\u0111uje kontekst, a ne samo znanje ili motivacija.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"biggerP\"><strong>Za\u0161to dobra volja nije dovoljna i \u0161to zapravo pokre\u0107e ljude<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u0107ina odluka donosi se automatski, a ne promi\u0161ljeno. Upravo zato se ljudi \u010desto pona\u0161aju suprotno onome \u0161to znaju da bi trebali. Preostalih 80% odre\u0111uje niz faktora, me\u0111u kojima su kontekst, navike i okru\u017eenje u kojem ljudi svakodnevno donose odluke. \u201eTo je kao da 80% bud\u017eeta ula\u017eete u ne\u0161to \u0161to pokriva 20% problema. Organizacija tra\u017ei od zaposlenika da koriste novi sustav, ali povratna informacija o njegovoj korisnosti dolazi tek kasnije, dok je frustracija prisutna odmah\u201c, obja\u0161njavaju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"biggerP\"><strong>Gdje organizacije naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e grije\u0161e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najve\u0107a pogre\u0161ka je preskakanje dijagnoze i izravan skok na rje\u0161enje. Problem \u010desto nije u nedostatku znanja, ve\u0107 u strahu od gubitka statusa, nejasnoj koristi ili lo\u0161e dizajniranom procesu. To mo\u017ee biti jednostavna promjena u vidljivosti informacija, smanjenje prepreka ili redizajn procesa i komunikacije. Kada se promijeni kontekst, mijenja se i pona\u0161anje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"biggerP\"><strong>Promjena nije doga\u0111aj, nego proces<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najuspje\u0161niji lideri nisu oni koji najvi\u0161e inspiriraju, ve\u0107 oni koji razumiju \u0161to se zaista doga\u0111a unutar timova i prilago\u0111avaju uvjete rada.
